One out of every five people are under the age of ten. That's 1.2 billion little faces. Despite their innocence, many children confront unimaginable challenges every day, from life-threatening illness or lack of basic necessities to abuse or abandonment.  So for the rest of us -- the grown-ups -- the choice is pretty simple: we can't do everything but we must do something.
